WHAT WE’VE DISCOVERED
We are a group of incredibly smart, ambitious, generous, hardworking, creative thinkers, and many of us find ourselves struggling to make meaningful progress within planned timescales, we often feel lonely, overwhelmed and exhausted.
We are part of a large, but often overlooked category; there are approx. 400 million small businesses but the creative element makes us unique. We spoke to florists, fashion designers, jewellers, caterers, lighting designers, flower farmers, event planners, interior designers, travel agents, artists, homeware designers, health and fitness coaches … and they range in size from home-based solopreneurs to multi 7-figure businesses with ten plus team members.

Our Research
We heard from 250 respondents who shared the day-to-day challenges and obstacles they face within their businesses, the exact ones that stop them from achieving their full potential and enjoyment within their business.
The insight we received was at three levels - via a questionnaire, written feedback and one to one interviews with Philippa and the team.
